Your shoes will be dispatched from the UK. We aim to dispatch your order the same day you place it, unless your order is processed after 2.00pm in which case your order will be dispatched the following day (excluding weekends). For all our UK orders we use a National courier service. Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for by someone on arrival so if you know you won’t be at home, please select an alternative delivery address during your ordering process.

All overseas orders will be sent by a signed-for courier service (some exclusions may apply). Please be aware that our product prices are exclusive of taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for any import duties levied by the country you are shipping to; if taxes are applied payment is necessary to release your order from customs. Please note that orders to the USA that are under $800.00 do not have to pay taxes/duties. With international delivery please be aware it may take longer due to the occasional delays with customs, we wanted to warn you! All orders will need to be signed for by someone on arrival as proof of receipt.

Due to the delicate nature of our soles, we ask that the shoes be tried on either carpet or a towel, as otherwise they may not be suitable for return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the delicate nature of our soles, we ask that the shoes be tried on either carpet or a towel, as otherwise they may not be suitable for return. We cannot accept any returns that have been worn, marked or damaged. Thank you for understanding ♥︎ We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if for whatever reason you would like to return them, please follow the instructions on the back of your sales invoice included in your shoebox. Sorry ladies, but we are not yet able to offer free returns postage, although we do offer free exchanges. To return your shoes, follow our instructions below to enable us to handle your exchange or return as quickly as possible:
- Please make sure you return your unworn, unmarked shoes within 30 days from the date on which they were delivered. Packaging must be original, undamaged and complete. If the box is damaged by attaching stickers or writing on the box, please be aware we will have to deduct £10, $10 or €10 from the refund.
- Carefully pop your shoes back in their box and fill out the form below with your name, order number and date of return. Once completed, please cut along the dotted line and place this bottom section in with your shoes to be returned so we know what to do with them.
- Please wrap the box in either the bag it came in or a different outer packaging so the box does not get damaged and can be used again, and pop our ready printed address sticker on the front, marking clearly on the outside package (please, not on the shoe box) “Returned Goods".
- When returning your goods we would recommend that you use the cheapest signed-for delivery service and obtain a proof of posting receipt from your Post Office. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Exchanges: If you’ve requested an exchange, we will send out your exchanged pair at no extra cost. Please be aware that if an exchange is requested, availability cannot be confirmed prior to receipt of your original product. When exchange stock is unavailable, we will inform you and offer you either an alternative exchange, a credit note or a refund.
Credit Note: If you’ve requested a credit note, we will email you with a personal discount code for you to use at the check-out for your next order. Credit notes will be valid for one year after receipt of returned items.
Refund: Please return the shoes within 30 days of the date they were delivered. As long as the goods are not worn, marked or damaged and the packaging is original, undamaged and complete, we aim to refund our customers within 14 days of receipt of your goods but please be aware the amount may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your card provider. All refunds will be credited to the original customer's payment method (credit card or PayPal account), excluding shipping charges. Gift vouchers are non-refundable so if you are returning items bought with a gift voucher, your refund will be issued in gift vouchers. Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in as-new condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and the shoes will be returned to you.
Sale Items: Please note sale items must be returned within 14 days of the date they were delivered to you in order to be eligible for a full refund. Any items returned to us after this date will only be eligible for an exchange or a credit note.
Promotion Returns: If you are returning an item from an order on which you used our Spend X, Receive a Y Gift Voucher promotion and you request a refund, you will no longer qualify for the promotion, as you would not have spent a total of X after the refund. Therefore you will have to pay the full price for the remaining items you keep. This excess will be deducted from your refund of the item you returned.
