NEW ASSISTED RETURNS SERVICE
We are pleased to offer our new Assisted Returns Service! For a fee of $25 for up to 2kgs, or $40 for more than 2kgs (one pair of shoes is 1kg & one pair of boots is 2kgs), we can email you a UPS shipping label. This amount will be deducted from your store credit or refund amount. You will need a printer to use this service. Please note, you are still free to use your own courier if you wish. If you would like to use this service, email us at email@example.com with the subject line Return Request from US/Canada and your Order Number, and we will reply with further instructions :-)
We know it’s not easy to return items back to the UK from the US or Canada. To make up for this, once we receive your returned items, we will email you an exclusive gift code to receive $25 OFF your next Beyond Skin order! Please note, this code will only be valid on future purchases and not on the original order.
All orders placed before 2pm GMT dispatched same day (excluding weekends) from the UK. All deliveries will require a signature. Express services are available.
Our product prices exclude taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for any import duties levied by the country you are shipping to; if taxes are applied, payment is necessary to release your order from customs. Please allow for occasional delays caused by customs. Please note that orders to the US of under 16 items do not have to pay taxes or duties.
Your shoes will arrive carefully wrapped and cushioned in layers of recycled tissue paper and packaged in our beautiful hot pink or royal purple, branded recycled shoe boxes.
TRY SHOES ON CARPET
Due to the delicate nature of our soles, we ask that the shoes be tried on either carpet or a towel, as otherwise they may not be suitable for return. We cannot accept any returns that have been worn, marked or damaged. Thank you for understanding ♥︎

We are sadly not yet able to offer free returns postage. To return your shoes:
1. Please fill out the Returns Form & pop it in the shoebox.
2. Wrap the shoebox in the bag they came in or another outer packaging to protect the shoebox.
3. Address to Beyond Skin Returns Department, First Floor Studio, 59 Lansdowne Place, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 1FL, United Kingdom.
4. Send via the Post Office or your chosen courier on the cheapest signed-for service, and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Shoes must be returned unworn and unmarked within 30 days of the date they were delivered to be suitable for return.
If the shoebox has postage stickers, sellotape or writing on the box, or if the tissue paper or shoe stuffing is missing, please be aware we will have to deduct 10€ from the refund or credit note. Don’t worry if the shoebox was damaged in the post :-)

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
STORE CREDIT If you’ve requested store credit, we will email you with a personal discount code for you to use at the check-out for your next order. You can use this code to purchase an exchanged pair of your choice. If your next order total is less than the amount of the code, you will receive a new code for the remaining value after your order. Store credit codes will be valid for one year after the date you receive it. Orders placed with a store credit code will have free shipping.
REFUND Please return the shoes within 30 days of the date they were delivered in order to be eligible for a full refund. As long as the goods are not worn, marked or damaged and the packaging is original and complete, we aim to refund our customers within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please be aware the amount may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time. All refunds will be credited to the original customer's payment method (credit card or PayPal account), excluding shipping charges. Gift vouchers are non-refundable so if you are returning items bought with a gift voucher, your refund will be issued in gift vouchers. Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in as-new condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and the shoes will be returned to you.
SALE ITEMS If you wish to return a sale item, please return within 14 days of receiving it.
PROMOTION RETURNS If you are returning an item from an order on which you used our Spend or Buy X, Receive Y OFF promotion and you request a refund that brings the total of your remaining order below X, you will no longer qualify for the promotion. Therefore you will have to pay the full price for the remaining items you keep. This excess will be deducted from your refund of the item you returned.
